Author: This mat is great to protect the floor on which the trainer is being used; it prevents the bike and trainer from sliding around while in use. It’s heavy-duty and is the perfect size for training setup. I only gave it four stars because even though it’s pretty sturdy, it is just a bit spendy–otherwise a perfect purchase!

The mat does what it is supposed to. The quality seems to be good. And it lies flat on the floor, even though it came rolled up in a tube. No complaints so far.
